Our premium 100% Arabica Guatemala SHB EP Laurel coffee is produced in the regions of Santa Rosa in the South Central region of Guatemala. The region is well-known for producing exceptionally great coffee. The coffee is balanced in cup with a chocolate note. The Laurel coffee comes only from farms that are situated higher than 1,200 meters. The harvesting period is between December and April. The green beans are washed and sun dried. The cup has a light winey / nutty note with full round acidity. The taste is sharp, crisp and pleasant.
