Our Nicaragua SHG EP is a coffee that comes from the mountainous northwest region of Nicaragua. It is strictly High Grown coffee, meaning that the coffee was grown ar high altitudes, which allows the bean to develop slower, resulting in a denser high quality bean. Only the finest green Arabica beans as selected for export. The harvest is from December until March and takes place in altitudes of 1,200 until 1,400 meters. The cup characteristics are chocolate, honeyed taste with bright medium acidity and a well rounded cup.
